If you find yourself with lots of time on your hands, why not start writing a novel?

This is a huge undertaking but anyone who has ever fulfilled their ambition of writing a decent novel will tell you what a satisfying achievement it is.

Join an online forum and discuss your ideas with other budding writers, and remember to write down every good plot twist or character detail you think of.
